At Pinhead Politics, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accommodated under specific conditions. To qualify:

You must notify Pinhead Politics within 72 hours of receiving your order. Beyond this timeframe, the sale is considered final.

The items must be unworn and unwashed and must be returned in their original condition.

Items must be shipped back and received by Pinhead Politics within two weeks of your exchange notification. Failure to return items within this period will result in the withdrawal of your exchange request.

Damages and Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 72 hours of receiving the item. After this period, the sale is considered final.

Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim.

Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their orders upon arrival.

Refunds

Since Pinhead Politics uses advanced print-on-demand technology, each item is custom-made upon ordering. Due to this personalized approach, we do not offer refunds for any purchases.
